Strategy sync-up

We understand IT solution implementation / release strategy from target market and end user characteristics aspects. The insight enable us to identify critical success factors and ensure that each contributor is very well aware of own responsibilities and deliverables.

Release planning

Subsequent to strategy sync-up, we decide release criteria, testing strategy and tools, dependencies and deliverables for each release. This is to ensure that all role holders are in sync and release budget and quality are in control.

Release management

During all phases of each release, quality team review IT solution components:

  • Source code for coding guideline compliance
  • Database architecture and system architecture for scalability and security
  • User interface for client preferences and industry standards
  • Unit / integration / system level quality
  • Technical and non technical documents for completeness, accuracy and readability aspects


QA team test the release by using relevant testing techniques and tools decided at the start of project. QA team co-ordinate with developers and stakeholders to review defects (issues) so that defect fix is decided and release quality is acceptable.

Quality Analysis

QA team collect root causes for each defect so that corrective actions can be taken for future releases and IT solution upgrade for technological upgrades and functional enhancements. The analysis also facilitates future release criteria and reduces delays in releases.

Engagement Management

  • Monitor engagement to manage incidents related to technology, scope, people, schedule etc.
  • Ensure resource deployment is accurate in terms of skill and knowledge, duration and deliverables
  • Implement and monitor intra team communication (Client and Gateway, Gateway SME, Developers, QA etc.)
